THE HISTORY OF CASA COTÓ

With over 170 years of history, Casa Cotó is much more than a rural farmhouse; it is a space where the past and the present meet. Built in 1850 and dedicated to agriculture and livestock for decades, today it preserves its traditional essence thanks to a careful restoration. Here you will find cozy accommodation, where nature and tranquility are the protagonists, offering all the modern comforts without losing authenticity.

Casa Cotó is a life project created by Pere and Cristina, a family who love nature and tranquility. This rural accommodation is the result of a dream come true, a cozy space that we want to share with you. Every detail is designed to make you feel at home, surrounded by nature and with close and personal treatment. Our mission is to offer you an authentic experience in Montsec, full of comfort and warmth.

Casa Cotó is located in the Vall d'Àger, a privileged place in the heart of Montsec. Enjoy a climate with eight months of pleasant temperatures a year, perfect for exploring the Congost de Mont-rebei, hiking or admiring the starry sky in the Astronomical Park. In summer, the warmer days invite you to discover nature early in the morning and cool off in the nearby municipal swimming pool. In winter, the colder months are ideal for taking refuge in the fireplace and enjoying a cozy atmosphere.
